As a Technical Operations Supervisor at Eddyfi Technologies, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the technical activities conducted by the service center's technicians. You will ensure that the team is equipped to deliver all necessary technical services for the diverse product lines we manage. Your role will involve overseeing operational activities to provide timelines for analyses, repairs, and calibrations of devices, while also ensuring adherence to deadlines. You will receive support from technical product specialists and management process experts. Additionally, you will be responsible for the personnel management of the technical team and will engage in operational tasks. - Supervise and monitor the technical team's work on analysis, calibration, and repair services for all product lines managed;
- Offer technical and methodological guidance to the team to enhance operational efficiency;
- Oversee operational processes by effectively utilizing our CRM and ERP systems;
- Commit to completion deadlines in collaboration with the planner and implement necessary actions to meet these commitments;
- Ensure the metrological oversight of our testing and calibration facilities;
- Report on technical expertise challenges related to our products and processes for specialist assistance;
- Allocate time to provide selected services to support your team based on needs and emergencies;
- Track employee leave and performance through our HR system;
- Facilitate the effective communication of essential information to team members, other departments, or the service desk manager by organizing and leading daily team meetings;
- Act as a primary responder in case of conflicts or disagreements within the team, serving as a facilitator/mediator and making prompt decisions.
- Minimum of 3 years in a team leadership role;
- At least 3 years in a technical, mechanical, or electronic capacity;
- Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP platforms is advantageous;
- Ability to independently organize tasks based on established priorities;
- Understanding of interdepartmental interactions within the organization;
- Proficient computer skills and capability to work with various software applications;
- Strong interpersonal skills.
