Position Overview

The Chief Operating Officer will provide strategic leadership and operational direction for the organization, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and directives from the Board of Directors. This role is pivotal in establishing operational goals and targets to drive the company towards its objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic decision-making processes, developing and executing plans that enhance productivity and operational capabilities.
  • Collaborate with senior executives to foster company growth, ensuring sustainability and resilience in operations.
  • Oversee all operational facets, including Production, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain Management, to meet EBITDA targets and ensure profitability across all business units.
  • Implement turnaround strategies and apply methodologies such as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Total Quality Management (TQM), and Lean Manufacturing to optimize performance.
  • Focus on maintaining and expanding existing business operations, guiding teams towards achieving revenue and profitability targets.
  • Ensure quality control across all manufacturing units, setting departmental goals in collaboration with division leaders.
  • Drive operational excellence through strategic deployment, process improvement, and capability enhancement utilizing Process Excellence techniques like Six Sigma and 8D Problem Solving.
  • Foster a culture of team development and collaboration to maintain a positive work environment.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering complemented by a Master's degree in Business Administration.
  • A minimum of 18 to 25 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a corporate leadership role.
  • Company-provided technology resources.
