The role of the Systems Engineering Consultant is pivotal in showcasing to clients how to leverage the Industry Process portfolio effectively, aligning with 3DS business strategies. This position is instrumental in guiding clients through their business transformation journeys by re-engineering processes and harnessing the capabilities of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
As a Systems Engineering Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert in System Architectural Frameworks, methodologies, and applications.
- Employing model-based and data-driven approaches to refine strategies for Requirements Engineering, System Architecture, System Behavior Analysis, Requirements Verification, Test Planning, and Interface Integration and Management for complex systems.
- Creating architectural models of intricate systems using recognized frameworks (UML, SysML, DoDAF / UPDM, UAF).
- Modeling systems from various perspectives (capability, operational, system, functional) and at different abstraction levels.
- Facilitating consensus on model taxonomy and ontology with stakeholders.
- Providing expert guidance on the deployment and optimal use of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) solutions at client sites to meet their business objectives and ensure successful implementation.
- Delivering consulting services on Cyber Systems modeling and authoring products throughout the systems engineering lifecycle.
Qualifications
- A degree (BS, MS, or PhD) in an engineering discipline is required.
- Proven experience in implementing MBSE solutions, particularly with CATIA Magic / 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
- Familiarity with architecture and requirements gathering, analysis, and elaboration using system architecture tools, specifically CATIA Magic tools.
- Experience with MBSE tools and languages such as CATIA Magic (Cameo), Rhapsody, Enterprise Architect, Capella, UML / SysML / UAF.
- Knowledge of programming languages like Python and Javascript is advantageous.
- Industry experience in Aerospace & Defense, Transportation & Mobility, or discrete manufacturing is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to guide and educate clients on Model-Based Systems Engineering capabilities is a plus.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
- Proficiency in both Korean and English is required.
