As a Commercial Development Specialist at GALILE, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing commercial activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Target Market Identification: Contribute to the development of the commercial plan, identify target sectors for prospecting, and identify potential clients and decision-makers.
  • Commercial Prospecting: Prospect and acquire new clients through on-site or phone-based outreach, adapt commercial offers to prospect needs, maintain and develop existing client relationships, and create proposals and financing solutions.
  • Business Development and Follow-up: Manage order and contract follow-up, track sales from quote to invoicing, and maintain client relationships through on-site visits.
  • Client Relationship Management and Reporting: Update client records on Salesforce, ensure activity reporting, track key performance indicators, and analyze market trends and conduct commercial surveillance.

Requirements:

  • Be a self-motivated, organized, and curious individual with strong commercial skills and a willingness to earn income through hard work.
  • Possess a talent for technology and enjoy interacting with diverse stakeholders, including carists, maintenance representatives, logistics representatives, buyers, and directors.
