PASQAL is a leading company in the development of Quantum Processing Units (QPUs) and associated software tools. We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to join our System Integration team as a Team Lead for Quantum Processing Unit Development.
Key Responsibilities- Define and realize documented sub-system tests plans and test report templates to validate sub-systems integration with respect to high-level sub-system design requirements
- Manage and lead a team of engineers in the development and integration of complex hardware systems and instrumentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- 10+ years of experience in industry, working on complex system development
- Experience with versioning control tools such as PLM/PDM tools for HW and git-like tools for SW
- Good level of written and spoken English
- Familiarity with complex hardware systems and instrumentation (mechanics & optics, hydraulics, electronics, thermal management)
- Experience with Embedded Software integration & deployment
