Mission Overview
In the role of Project Program Manager, you will take charge of directing and managing real estate initiatives from initial feasibility assessments through to final inspections. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire project lifecycle, including land acquisition, ensuring adherence to technical, legal, financial, and commercial standards. Key tasks will involve selecting the design team, formulating the project program, presenting to stakeholders, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, overseeing procurement processes, and managing the project through to its successful conclusion. Collaboration with the design team or developer will be essential to guarantee project success within budgetary and scheduling constraints, alongside coordination with project assistants for administrative tasks.
You will also engage in public meetings and presentations to communicate project progress and gather feedback.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in real estate or architecture, complemented by 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a comparable position. A robust understanding of building regulations, cost analysis, and measurement techniques is crucial. You should exhibit strong leadership capabilities, the ability to motivate external stakeholders, and demonstrate independence along with excellent interpersonal skills. Organizational prowess, meticulous attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset are vital for success in this role. Regular site visits will be part of your responsibilities.
Compensation: The salary range is between €45,000 and €50,000 annually. Additional benefits include profit-sharing, remote work options, meal vouchers, comprehensive health insurance covered by the employer, and a company vehicle.
