Lean Manufacturing Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Supply Chain Excellence Officer at Automotive Cells Company (ACC). As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and ensuring the successful implementation of our lean manufacturing methodology.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Operational Excellence Strategies
- Design and roll out the ACC progress management cycle within your perimeter, challenging targets on a best-in-class level
- Drive the benchmark methodology and advise on best targets for your department
- Manage and Standardize Processes
- Support process owners in designing/upgrading all required standards for their processes/entities, including process descriptions
- Supervise standardization activities within your entity and contribute to standard writing when needed
- Support process owners in implementing validated standards for their processes/entities, including training on applicable documentation
- Evaluate the proper execution of defined processes and associated procedures
- Define and roll out operational management standards within your perimeter, such as management control, and check their good implementation on the field through training, coaching, and audits
- Empower People and Foster a Culture of Excellence
- In relay with the HR team, identify training needs for your department
- Train and coach on fields related to management systems (standards) and excellence way
- Jointly work with HR on soft skills and onboarding as an advisor
- Check the implementation and efficiency of the training plan for your department
- Monitor Performance and Drive Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to building an efficient performance monitoring system by piloting the identification of KPIs for your entity and related progress plans, in a continuous improvement spirit
- Contribute to reaching your perimeter's goals by rolling out the excellence way and problem-solving methodology, check-list of maturity assessment
- Lead performance audits for your perimeter and action plan
- Capitalizing on Good Practices and Enriching the ACC Excellence Way
- Continuously capitalize on good practices coming from the Gemba, ensuring they are quickly and thoroughly implemented within your perimeter, and enriching the ACC Excellence Way accordingly
- Contribute to building a culture of standards, waste reduction, methodological problem-solving (PDCA), and continuous improvement within your perimeter
- Conduct and/or oversee progress workshops, fostering cross-functional teamwork efforts on the Gemba, as close as possible to where value is created
- Specific Additions to Supply Chain Perimeter
- Write and deploy a Supply Chain Manual, contributing to on-time and on-quality deliveries from suppliers to customers
- Implement methodological supports to monitor logistics and supply-chain activities
- Guarantee that standards are applied and continuously improved via internal audits (which can include suppliers and third-party logisticians)
- Be the focal point for Quality and Customers in their required audits (PCPA, MMOG/LE, VDA6.3) and animate the resulting action plans
- Deliverables: Supply Chain Manual, Procedures, Methodological supports, audit reports
- KPIs: Service rate and other SCM quality KPIs, milestone adherence, audit results
- Significant and demonstrated experience in operational management, in the use of lean manufacturing methodology and tools, and in coaching and training of managers
- PDCA, Lean Manufacturing, 6-sigma, Problem-solving methodology
- Ability to lead a cross-functional and diverse workgroup
