We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Lithium Ion Cell Production Manager to join our team at Automotive Cells Company (ACC). As a key member of our industrialization and manufacturing team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our gigafactories and the production of high-quality lithium ion cells.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with industrial teams to launch new manufacturing lines and optimize production processes.
- Participate in the design freeze phases of our equipment and provide technical expertise to ensure seamless integration.
- Support the development of manufacturing teams through training and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in the analysis of production losses and propose actions to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with quality teams to analyze and address quality deviations and scraps.
- Propose improvements and optimizations of the organization of the factories in various phases of industrialization.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in lithium ion cell manufacturing, with expertise in production flow and manufacturing risks.
- Strong technical knowledge of lithium ion cell manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Fluent English language skills.
