IRASSHAI is a contemporary and welcoming dining experience in the heart of Paris, offering a unique opportunity to discover Japanese cuisine. Our concept combines a restaurant, a café, a bar, a grocery store, and a take-out service, all under one roof.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and creative Community Manager Junior to join our team. As a key member of our online presence team, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content strategies across various social media platforms, while cultivating our online community.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement editorial calendars for each social media platform to ensure a consistent and engaging presence.
- Create and publish high-quality, engaging content on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media trends and news to identify opportunities for relevant and timely content.
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media, email, and Google.
- Analyze content performance and provide regular reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Participate in the creation and management of online events, such as partnerships and contests, to stimulate community engagement.
- Conduct competitive research to identify opportunities and best practices in the industry.
- Manage and resolve online customer service issues.
- Student or recent graduate in communication, marketing, media, or a related field with a strong understanding of social media and community engagement.
- Passionate about social media and community building, with a strong interest in food and cuisine.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with impeccable grammar and spelling.
- Creative and able to generate innovative ideas for content.
- Able to work independently and proactively.
- Interest or knowledge of Japan is highly valued.
