Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Operational Excellence Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expertise and challenging users to improve their processes and workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in managing projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational excellence expertise to users and stakeholders
  • Challenge users to improve their processes and workflows
  • Develop and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues

Requirements

  • 7-8 years of experience in a services company and/or project management
  • Strong understanding of PLM and software lifecycle management principles
  • Experience in bid management and contract creation
  • Knowledge of Dassault Systèmes organization and products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment
