About the RoleYou will join our Global Markets, Booking & Post Trade Processes, and Summit Derivatives team as an IT Business Analyst. Within the DSI, this team covers the steering, management and evolution of the Summit Derivatives Back Office information system (IS) enabling the development of activities in Europe and internationally on foreign exchange derivatives, interest rate and credit and treasury.
Summit Derivatives is involved in the trade life cycle, payments, confirmation management, accounting, regulatory (EMIR, MMSR, SMMD, MIFID, HKTR, MAS, CFTC, CANADA) and reporting.
Your mission will be to:
- Participate in the evolution of the IS architecture by taking advantage of the possibilities of the Finastra software package;
- Support the business in the needs expression phase and be proactive in proposing relevant solutions;
- Write functional specifications for the teams and assist them in understanding the work to be done;
- Write and implement acceptance plans and support user tests;
- Write and conduct presentations/trainings and committee reports;
- Liaise with the editor on new requirements and delivery monitoring;
- Frame, plan, coordinate projects and maintenance/support work.
This role is based in Charenton-le-Pont and offers a hybrid work environment with 10 days of telework per month, 15 to 17 days of RTT per year, on-site services such as catering, the gym or corporate concierge.
Our remuneration consists of a fixed amount, an annual bonus, a corporate savings scheme including profit-sharing, participation and contributions.

RequirementsAbout you:
- You have at least 7 years of experience as a business analyst;
- You are familiar with market finance, derivatives and back office activities (accounting, confirmations, payments, regulatory reporting);
- You have experience in project management and the entire project life cycle;
- You are familiar with the Summit package and SQL language.
You are:
- Autonomous, proactive and proactive;
- Recognized for your sense of teamwork and your relationship;
- Agile to change and comfortable with oral presentations.
You master English with a B2 level.
