Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Life Assistant to join our team in Maen Roch. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the well-being and independence of individuals requiring assistance with daily living.
Responsibilities- Provide personalized care and support to individuals, assisting with activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment, ensuring a safe and comfortable space for residents.
- Accompany individuals to social events, appointments, and outings, fostering their engagement and connection with the community.
- Monitor individual progress and provide encouragement, promoting their personal growth and development.
- Possess a recognized diploma in Educational and Social Support (DEAES) or an equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
- Exhibit excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
