- Recognizing and addressing the strategic challenges faced by clients and prospects, while offering tailored solutions
- Collaborating closely with technical teams to ensure alignment
To excel in this position, you should:
- Fulfill client requirements by crafting and delivering compelling commercial proposals
- Persuade clients of the benefits and value of our offerings
- Maintain follow-up on proposals until orders are finalized and ensure consistent communication with clients
- Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders for each proposal
- Actively engage in sales meetings and discussions
- Guarantee the quality of products/services and enhance customer satisfaction
- Document activities through detailed visit reports
- Communicate legal terms of contracts to the Legal Department
Profile: You should possess a background in sales or a technical discipline, with a minimum of one prior sales experience. Proficiency in prospecting and negotiation techniques is essential. Strong interpersonal abilities, a methodical approach, independence, curiosity, tenacity, and organizational skills are crucial. A genuine passion for identifying and resolving client challenges is highly valued. Experience with engineering firms, architects, and construction companies is preferred.
