Job Description

As a Marketing & Sales Applications Manager (H/F) at Capijobnew, you will be responsible for the entire Marketing & Sales domain, from need identification to maintenance in operational conditions. You will work under the commercial director's responsibility and in close collaboration with the marketing and IT departments. Your main tasks will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and prioritize business needs and develop a strategic plan to address them.
  • Manage the CRM solution and ensure its optimal use.
  • Pilot and manage IT projects, ensuring their successful delivery and budget management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with IT and external partners.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of Marketing & Sales applications and provide support to users.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, IT).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in the Marketing & Sales domain.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM solutions and their implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
