Nexter is in search of a Cybersecurity Product Governance Manager to oversee its cybersecurity initiatives.
Your Responsibilities:
- Direct the Cybersecurity Systems & Governance team
- Facilitate programs from the definition of requirements to ongoing security management
- Establish integrated architectures, both hardware and software
- Administer vehicle security certification in accordance with applicable regulations
- Supervise subcontracting for specialized expertise
- Recommend enhancements to security requirements
- Contribute to the advancement of Nexter's cybersecurity policies
- Deliver security insights to engineering teams
Candidate Profile / Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a specialization in security
- At least 10 years of experience in program security
- Proven track record in implementing security architectures
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Capacity to influence and adapt
- Leadership skills for managing cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with security standards and regulations
- Experience in cyber risk assessment and project oversight
- Expertise in protective security mechanisms
- Certification in risk management or information systems security is advantageous
- Understanding of embedded systems
