Job Description

You will join the Hubgrade team, a digital offering that provides innovative solutions to our customers worldwide. As the Head of Digital Product, you will be responsible for defining the vision and strategic positioning of VWT's digital products, collaborating with Product Owners, and identifying customer and user needs.

Your Missions:

  • Develop and implement digital product strategies to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Lead a team of product developers and stakeholders to create and launch new digital products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
  • Stay up-to-date with technological developments and market trends to inform product decisions.
  • Promote innovative solutions with high added value to drive business growth.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma training level greater than or equal to 5 years in the field of IT, data science, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Skills in IT/Web product management, knowledge of organization, data structuring, digital tools, and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Autonomy, responsiveness, and proactivity.
  • Fluency in English.

Additional Information

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including 25 days of paid leave, 14 days of RTT, and 3 days offered by the company. This position is attached to the metallurgy collective agreement for engineers and managers.
