Job Description

You will join the Hubgrade team, which offers digital solutions to our customers on an international scale. Our main innovation services are supported by all our tools: Hubgrade Essential, Hubgrade Performance, and Hubgrade Assist.

Your Missions

  • Define the vision and strategic positioning of VWT's digital products in collaboration with Product Owners.
  • Identify and understand customer and internal user needs.
  • Stay informed about technological developments in the Company and the market through competitive intelligence.
  • Promote innovative solutions with high added value.
  • Supervise and lead the product development team.
  • Coordinate stakeholders participating in product development.
  • Develop human resources in line with business needs.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a diploma training level greater than or equal to 5 years in the field of IT, data science, or equivalent professional experience. You should have skills in IT/Web product management, knowledge of organization, data structuring, digital tools, and Artificial Intelligence. Autonomy, responsiveness, and proactivity are essential qualities for this role.

Additional Information

This position is for a permanent, full-time employee in executive status, working 212 days per year. You will have 25 days of paid leave, 14 days of RTT, and 3 days offered by the company. The position is attached to the metallurgy collective agreement for engineers and managers.
