Accounting Manager

Amplifon, a leading international company in hearing care solutions, is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join its Finance team in France.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the Order-to-Cash process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders and invoices.
- Reconcile sub-ledgers and transitory accounts on a monthly basis.
- Oversee billing for B2B activities and Intra-group billing.
- Apply cash applications by client type and region.
- Refund customers and manage credit management processes.
- Liaise with external cash collectors and financial partners.
- Lead the month-end closing process and follow up on monthly reports and KPIs.
- Manage external and internal stakeholders, including Cash Applications and Credit management teams.
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 5 years of experience in managing Order-to-Cash and Credit management activities, including team management.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
- Fluent French and English skills.
