Nellapp is a company that aims to provide e-learning solutions to various structures and industries. Our Saas platform helps organizations deploy e-learning solutions efficiently. We want to offer existing content to organizations to help them start with distance learning. Created in 2019, we have several clients and many users. We want to improve our platform, feature by feature, in an Agile manner.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to develop and implement a growth and inbound marketing strategy to accelerate the scale of our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing the Growth team.
Responsibilities- Be a key player in developing and deploying the growth and inbound marketing strategy
- Set up and optimize the CRM and marketing automation tools
- Implement tracking, marketing analytics, and product analytics tools to monitor all actions
- Design, configure, and execute multi-channel campaigns and optimize lead generation channels (content marketing, emailing, social media, blogging, web SEO, partnerships, etc.)
- Analyze prospect journeys and develop lead nurturing strategies
- Improve sales page performance to generate traffic and optimize conversion
- Continuously monitor, identify best practices, and propose optimizations in terms of tools, processes, channels, and content
- Higher education degree in business, communication, or engineering, or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of growth
- Authenticity, honesty, and integrity are essential values
- Strong growth mindset, willingness to experiment, and continuous learning
- Proficiency in CRM/marketing automation tools and data-driven analytics
- Strong understanding of acquisition channels: SEO, SEA, social media, and outbound marketing
- Excellent writing and copywriting skills
