About the Job:
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Care Assistant to join our team at ADMR. As a Home Care Assistant, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with feeding
- Provide companionship and social support
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
- Transport individuals to appointments and activities
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent in a related field (e.g. healthcare, social work)
- Experience working with vulnerable adults or children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
