Account Sales Manager

Ashland is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Sales Manager to join our Personal Care and Home Care business in France. This is a key role within the Company Ashland Specialties France, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage personal care & household business & customers' interface in France
- Identify & deliver new opportunities to grow business in the designated territory
- Apply Ashland strategy at the accounts under her/his responsibility.
- Delivers the business plan for the assigned territory and accounts: sales volume, revenues, and profits.
- Proactively seeks information about Customers strategy and product launches.
- Coordinates activities related to the projects with the Customer on the products application and development. Closely cooperate with Technical Experts to make sure project meets Customer needs.
- Contributes his/her insights and guidelines to the regional strategy and account plan. Implements accordingly.
Requirements:
- Degree in chemistry or related discipline
- 3-5 years sales experience in Personal Care industry
- Strong team player, good interpersonal skills, enthusiastic, positive attitude and self-motivated
- Negotiation skills, quick issue solver
- Fluent in French, English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication skills
- Open for travelling up to 30-40 % time.
- Driving license
Preferred Skills:
- 3- years in B2B sales
- Skilled in different software packages (Office, CRM, Power BI, etc.)
This role is a remote position to someone living in France.

In order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following:
