CIRCONTROL is a leading technology company in the electric mobility sector, and we are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our French division.
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance remotely and on-site, ensuring that our products operate correctly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Service: Opening and managing customer service tickets, providing remote support, and occasionally conducting on-site interventions.
- Technical Support: Conducting remote diagnostics, processing standard exchanges, and sending spare parts as needed.
- Documentation and Reporting: Generating reports, raising alerts to management, and supporting our internal processes and documentation.
- Training and Development: Participating in and facilitating training sessions in France and at our headquarters in Barcelona.
Requirements
- Technical background in Electrical, Electronic, or IT studies.
- +2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in the field of e-mobility is highly appreciated.
- Native French speaker and proficient in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, CRM, and reporting capabilities.
- Hands-on temperament with the ability to take initiative independently and a strong client focus.
- Willingness to travel within France and occasionally to our headquarters in Barcelona.
