Missions and Responsibilities:
- Manage after-sales service tickets, handling incoming calls and emails, and providing remote diagnostics and on-site interventions for troubleshooting our products.
- Provide remote support during customer commissioning, working closely with our technical experts at headquarters.
- Carry out standard exchanges and send spare parts, supporting our internal processes and documentation.
- Monitor actions in progress or completed, shipments, and returns of spare parts, using dedicated tracking software and CRM.
- Participate in training sessions and animate sessions provided in France and at the headquarters in Barcelona.
- Report and alert management to any issues or concerns.
