Position Overview:

In the capacity of HR Transformation Director F/M, you will be instrumental in steering Veolia's strategic initiatives, particularly in the realm of legal transformation. Your primary responsibility will be to navigate significant challenges associated with stakeholder coordination, operational planning, and the unification of collective agreements, while offering essential support to HR teams at both the corporate and regional levels.

Your role will encompass the daily oversight of an HR framework that includes both headquarters and operational functions, impacting a workforce of 170 employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the HR components of legal transformation initiatives for the integration of Veolia's regional entities.
  • Collaborate with M&A teams on acquisition endeavors, emphasizing social and change management aspects.
  • Oversee the HR operations at the headquarters on a daily basis.

Additionally, you will provide strategic counsel to the Group HR Director regarding social relations and Mandatory Annual Negotiations (NAO), while also advising regional HR managers on matters related to social relations, corporate agreements, and complex legal cases.

Required Qualifications:

With a background in HR or social law and at least 10 years of experience, you possess:

  • Demonstrated expertise in generalist HR roles, particularly in project management or transformation, especially in the context of company integrations (including timelines, reporting, and action plan development).
  • A strong capability to manage cross-functional projects and the HR operations at headquarters with meticulous attention to detail. Occasional travel may be necessary (30%-50% of the time).
