Nous sommes spécialisés dans la conduite d'investigations liées à des problématiques de Fraude et de Corruption, ainsi que dans la mise en œuvre de programmes de conformité.
Responsabilités- Conduire des investigations et enquêtes internes sur des allégations de fraude, corruption, cyber, blanchiment, pratiques anticoncurrentielles
- Accomplir des due diligence compliance lors d'opérations M&A, la démarche de certification ISO ou lors d'interactions avec les autorités
- Participer à des projets d'identification et de maîtrise des risques en lien avec la fraude et la corruption
- Formation supérieure en finance, comptabilité, droit de la compliance ou en identification et analyse des risques
- Rigoureux, pragmatique et motivé, avec un bon esprit d'analyse et de synthèse
- Ouverture sur l'international et capacité à travailler en équipe
