Position Overview:
We are seeking a Junior and Senior Solar Asset Management Specialist (m/f/n) to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial as it interfaces with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and centralized services, functioning as a technical project manager. The successful candidate will oversee the management of operations and maintenance, as well as revamping projects, ensuring optimal scheduling, cost management, customer relations, contract oversight, and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Operations:
- Oversee operation and maintenance of solar installations.
- Manage regular maintenance activities, including preventive measures.
- Address failure alarms and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate on-site services and compile periodic customer reports.
- Foster strong customer relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
- Commercial Operations:
- Handle contract management and performance oversight.
- Manage invoicing and reimbursement processes.
- Prepare quotes and cost proposals.
- Procure spare parts and services, while identifying cost efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with ENcome Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Interface Management:
- Coordinate with central functions and provide necessary training.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in electrical or electronic engineering from a reputable institution.
- Proven experience in project management within international and complex business environments.
- Hands-on experience in technical design, plant commissioning, and optimization.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in Italian and English is essential; knowledge of Spanish and/or German is advantageous.
- Project Management Professional certification is a plus.
- Strong leadership, strategic vision, and decision-making skills.
- Detail-oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to continuous improvement.
