Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Building Maintenance Professional to join our team at the Abreuvoir site. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our residential building.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming tenants, visitors, and service providers.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of common areas throughout the building.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality of building systems and equipment.
  • Conduct thorough move-in inspections to identify any existing damage or issues.
  • Promptly address tenant concerns and technical complaints, ensuring a positive living experience.
  • Process purchase orders for necessary supplies and materials within designated limits.

Qualifications

  • Possess a Building Caretaker diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to public service.
  • Exhibit proficiency in computer usage and basic office software.
  • Maintain a high level of responsiveness, precision, and attention to detail.
