About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Care Assistant to join our team at ADMR. As a Social Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in their daily lives, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals, helping them to maintain their social connections and engage in activities they enjoy.
  • Assist with mobility and transportation, ensuring individuals can access essential services and activities.
  • Monitor and report any changes in an individual's condition, ensuring their needs are met and their safety is ensured.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working with vulnerable adults, preferably in a care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals and their families.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
