Oncology is a key strategic focus for the company.


We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Medicinal Chemist to join our oncology team in Toulouse.


Missions:



  • Provide state-of-the-art expertise in structure-based drug design for various target classes.
  • Collaborate with external partners to develop target drugging strategies and medicinal chemistry plans.
  • Evaluate emerging approaches and technologies in small molecule drug discovery.
  • Identify potential partners or CROs to drive Drug Discovery portfolio progression.
  • Contribute to new target proposals.
  • Participate in due diligence for potential acquisitions.

The position is based in Toulouse with flexibility for commuting from France/Europe and remote work.


Requirements:



  • PhD in medicinal chemistry with 10 years of experience in drug discovery.
  • Excellent understanding of structural biology, pharmacology, and DMPK.
  • Demonstrated track record as a medicinal chemistry leader.
  • Experience in structure-based drug design.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Prior experience with ADCs is a plus.
