About the Role

UGECAM ALSACE is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our restaurant team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals in accordance with our culinary standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including hot and cold meals, in accordance with our menu and recipe guidelines.
• Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to a high standard, meeting our quality and presentation expectations.
• Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and recipes, working closely with our culinary team.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to our health and safety protocols.
• Work collaboratively with our kitchen team to ensure efficient service and high-quality food production.

Requirements

• Hold a professional diploma in culinary arts (BEP or CAP) or equivalent experience.
• Have a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Be flexible and able to adapt to changing menu and service requirements.
