Senior Director, Group Functions Operational Risk and Resilience Leader

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of operational risk and resilience management activities, ensuring alignment with company-wide risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain effective risk management policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks, ensuring the company's risk profile is managed effectively.
- Design and implement risk management programs, including risk assessments, control monitoring, and reporting, to ensure the company's risk management framework is robust and effective.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, risk managers, and regulators, to ensure effective communication and collaboration on risk management matters.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in operational risk and resilience management, ensuring the company remains compliant and competitive.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in risk management, operations, audit, compliance, or technology, with a strong track record of leadership and strategic thinking.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to operational risk and resilience management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate operational risks.
