Our Talent Acquisition team collaborates closely with various departments to facilitate Malt's growth by identifying and recruiting exceptional talent that aligns with our organizational culture and objectives. We are in search of an intern or apprentice in Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Sourcing and Attraction: Design and implement strategies to engage high-caliber candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media, company website).
- Candidate Pipeline Development: Establish and nurture a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Market Analysis: Perform market research to pinpoint talent pools and comprehend industry trends to refine sourcing strategies.
- Employer Branding: Work alongside marketing and communications teams to enhance our employer brand and promote job openings.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics to monitor sourcing metrics and continuously enhance recruitment strategies.
- Event Coordination: Organize and engage in events such as job fairs and career forums to attract top talent.
- Interviewing: Conduct preliminary screening interviews for intern roles and observe senior-level interviews to gain insights into the recruitment process.
- Candidate Guidance: Support candidates throughout the recruitment journey from initial contact to contract finalization.
- Currently pursuing a degree and seeking an apprenticeship opportunity.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
- Energetic with excellent communication skills, comfortable with phone and video interactions.
