We're looking for a Campus Recruitment Partner to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our Early Careers Talent Acquisition team, you'll play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and selecting the next generation of talent for adidas. You'll work closely with our Early Careers and HR teams to develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy for our internship program.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing a recruitment strategy to attract top talent
- Organizing information sessions, presentations, and other recruitment events
- Managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
- Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
We're looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience in early careers recruitment, preferably in international companies that value candidate experience and talent branding. You should be proficient in using social media and the latest recruitment techniques, such as video interviews and competency-based interviews.
As an expert in campus management, you'll have a deep understanding of the French and European education systems. You'll be responsible for managing recruitment campaigns for a well-known brand in the fashion, sports, or retail industries. You'll also have experience working on international projects and be fluent in English and French (C1 level minimum).
