Tour Itinerary Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Tour Itinerary Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating tours, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive tour itineraries, considering logistical aspects, attractions, and client preferences.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Rhône Alpes region, including popular destinations, transportation options, and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless tour operations.
  • Track tour progress and driver schedules, providing timely updates and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Prepare regular reports on tour performance and client feedback.
Qualifications
