About the Role:
As a Senior Operations Manager at UNIMEV, you will be responsible for the commercialization of our event services to clients, including installation, catering, and technical support. You will also oversee the smooth execution of events, from project management to on-site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to increase revenue and client satisfaction
- Manage event projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget execution
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and trends
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or related field
- Proven experience in project management, commercial operations, or a related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Proficiency in English and French (written and spoken)
