As an Internal Co-Owner of Accounts with FSE/IKAM, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and driving new sales opportunities for TD SYNNEX's largest accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize call potential and outcomes by leveraging various sources to gather customer information.
- Offer recommendations to enhance the value proposition by collecting customer insights and understanding business requirements.
- Provide, sell, and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's CRM system, ensuring regular review and update.
- Maintain a well-organized CRM system with accurate customer information.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or equivalent educational background.
- Understanding of the sales process.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Prior experience with IT systems for quotation, order entry, and CRM is a plus.
