Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled SW Delivery Leader/Manager to join our team at Valeo. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading software delivery projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, monitor, and control activities in accordance with the project's engineering discipline and design rules, following the Clean Project Management (CPM) methodology.
- Ensure robust design and validation in line with economic objectives.
- Examine internal and customer requirements, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Perform or support design calculations, simulations, coding, and acceptance testing.
- Apply normalization rules and, exceptionally, request deviations with justification.
- Prepare and lead engineering discipline reviews.
- Interface with customers to ensure accurate representation of the engineering discipline.
- Report and escalate information to the technical product manager, project leader, and engineering team.
- Manage detailed project scheduling and budgeting.
- Contribute to identifying resource, equipment, and investment needs.
- Establish detailed activity allocation to meet milestones.
- Monitor activities and expenses within the project scope to meet budget and schedule targets.

- Assign tasks to team members
- Regularly review alignment between needs and availability with the hierarchy.
Requirements
