Description du Poste :
Au sein d'un grand groupe spécialisé dans les systèmes d'information et de communication sécurisés pour les forces armées, et du Centre de Compétence de l'Ingénierie du secteur RIS, vos missions seront :
- Assister les responsables de service dans la gestion de prestations de sociétés externes (ouverture de demande d'achat sous SAP, suivi des fournisseurs, suivi de facturation, renouvellement des prestataires) ;
- Participer à la déclinaison des processus et outils de management de projet liés aux pratiques de Lean Engineering pour optimiser au maximum le fonctionnement de l'ensemble des équipes d'Ingénierie de RIS ;
- Participer à l'amélioration des outils de suivi, à l'élaboration de tableaux de bords cohérents et à l'automatisation d'indicateurs de pilotage de l'ingénierie.
Profil :
- De formation Bac +3, vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience en projet management office.
- You maîtrisez l'utilisation de SAP notamment les modules achats et facturation.
- You maîtrisez l'Anglais.
- You maîtrisez l'utilisation du Pack Office.
Rémunération : 35-45k€ annuel selon profil
Contrat d'intérim de longue durée.
