Job Scope
We are seeking a highly skilled Transport Project Manager to join our supply chain department. The ideal candidate will have experience working in transportation management for large industrial companies, a passion for business process improvement, and a focus on delivery and customer satisfaction.

As a Transport Project Manager, you will be responsible for mapping all transports, updating MIFD of external flows, and leading transport CI plans. You will also define and implement tools to schedule transports, maximize usage of SAP, and train plant teams on corresponding tools.

Main Responsibilities
• Mapping of all transports and cluster (EUR, NA, Asia)
• Update MIFD of external flows and cluster (EUR, NA, Asia), including storages
• Lead transport CI plan, including milk runs, cross-docks, and identify opportunities (incl. Make or buy)
• Define and implement tools to schedule transports according to MPS and scheduling requirements for inbound and outbound
• Maximize usage of SAP and link all additional tools to SAP
• Train and support plant teams on corresponding tools

Accountability and KPIs
• Reduce transports and associated storages costs in coordination with Purchasing
• Lead Transport cost improvement plan for ALBEA Tubes Product Line (Europe, North America, Asia)
• Work with Supply Chain organization, plants, and purchasing organization to improve routes, truck load, and KPIs

• Proficiency in IT tools (Excel, PowerBI, Visio, etc.) in coordination with data analysts
• Proficiency in SAP, BW (ideally Key User) in coordination with data analysts
