About the RoleWe are seeking a Strategic Project Manager to spearhead strategic initiatives and define and support our country strategy and operations in France, Italy, Germany, and Spain. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Key Responsibilities- Market Watch: Analyze market trends, regulation, and competition in our countries and anticipate impacts for Qonto.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to Qonto's global Strategic Plan exercise and define and refresh the GotoMarket strategies per country.
- Project Coordination: Drive and coordinate key strategic projects for countries, helping them meet and exceed their OKRs.
- Be the trusted partner of two Country Managers, working in close collaboration with country teams.
- Work in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment with strong exposure to Qonto's top management.
- Opportunities to work on a variety of projects, shaping a country's strategy from market analysis to project coordination.
- A pivotal role within the Strategy Team, consisting of 15 diverse professionals.
Your future manager will be Valentine, our Lead Strategic Projects. Valentine brings her experience in both strategy and execution across different industries and will support you to master your projects and continuously make you grow and learn.
About You- Several years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm and/or as a project manager in a startup.
- Experience in payments and Fintech is a plus.
- An analytical spirit and good ability to structure, synthesize, and formalize.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage all aspects of projects from planning through execution.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in another European language (French, Italian, German, or Spanish) is a real plus.
