Talent Acquisition and Business Evolution Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Talent Acquisition and Business Evolution team. As a key member of our People Services department, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our talent acquisition and mobility functions, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the Talent Acquisition team, responsible for recruitment and internal mobility, and the Wave Captain team, supporting business evolutions.
  2. Ensure operational efficiency and a positive employee/candidate experience for both employee journeys, focusing on simplification and digitalization.
  3. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and procedures, including pre-employment screening, GDPR, and collective labor agreements.
  4. Build a strong network internally and externally, including HR Business partners, CoE, internal customers, service partners, and peer community.
  5. Develop an attractive Employer Brand and implement the right sourcing strategy in line with our strategy.

Requirements:

  1. Strong people management capabilities.
  2. Experience in translating strategy into tactical execution.
  3. Data-driven mindset, with a focus on internal and external data sources.
  4. Experience in managing change projects.
  5. Strong stakeholder management, both internally and externally.
  6. Focused on achieving good results and finding solutions, while maintaining the framework of ING as an organization.
