Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Agent to join our team at one of our client's retail locations. As a Security Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of customers, employees, and assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Test the security system before each opening to ensure it is functioning properly.
  • Enforce access control procedures for customers, employees, and visitors.
  • Verify that customers have paid for all items in their possession before leaving the store.
  • Conduct preventive and deterrent surveillance to maintain a secure environment.
  • Identify and report any suspicious behavior or potential security threats to management.

Requirements

  • Hold a valid CQP (Certificat de Qualification Professionnelle) and a professional card.
  • Be proficient in computer systems.
  • Exhibit patience, common sense, and analytical skills.
  • Be a team player with excellent communication skills.
