Your Role:
In the capacity of a Product Owner, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the product strategy aligned with our eCommerce vision. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch and ongoing enhancements, while managing the product backlog and facilitating effective sprint execution. Your role will involve advocating for users and stakeholders, ensuring their requirements are effectively transformed into product features, and driving continuous improvement within the team and the product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Steer the development of innovative products, features, and processes within the eCommerce domain.
- Oversee the product backlog, prioritize features and user stories, and coordinate release planning.
- Act as the voice of users and stakeholders, translating their needs into actionable functionalities.
- Ensure the seamless execution of sprints and contribute to the achievement of product and tribe objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for both team dynamics and product processes.
- Conduct product testing to ensure stability and quality with each release.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in a Product Owner role within an IT setting.
- Solid understanding of Credit and/or Policy Management processes.
- Proven track record in advancing projects with a technical focus.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and user-centered design principles.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
