Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Product Manager to join our team at SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital marketing strategy across our e-commerce platforms.

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Lead the development of central marketing initiatives and team management, ensuring the framing, prioritization, and deployment of new digital marketing projects and campaigns.
  • Implement international digital marketing actions, communication strategies, campaigns, and KPI definition to achieve business and marketing objectives.
  • Optimize the SEO performance of our e-commerce platforms and manage paid advertising campaigns from start to finish.
  • Coordinate advertising campaigns via Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
  • Ensure the product management of our Digital Marketing tools, including Eloqua, Mailjet, AB Tasty, SEO, and advertising tools.
  • Maintain and enrich digital marketing key assets, such as segmentation, data engineering, and marketing dashboards, throughout the customer life cycle.
  • Develop customer knowledge, analyze campaign results, and make recommendations.
  • Train and provide functional support to subsidiaries on digital marketing tools.
  • Coordinate service providers, monitor budgets, and ensure ROI.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A qualified lawyer with at least 8 years of relevant working experience within a reputable law firm and/or in-house within an international organization/financial institution.
  • Solid knowledge of privacy and outsourcing rules and regulations and understanding of how they apply to an international group of companies operating in a financially regulated environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills to be effective across all levels within and outside the organization.
  • A can-do mentality, able to act swiftly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest levels of quality, confidentiality, reliability, and integrity.
