Your primary responsibility will be to install, commission, maintain, optimize, and repair these systems, guaranteeing maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Installation and Commissioning: Safely and efficiently install and commission sensor-based sorters, adhering to TOMRA's quality standards.
- Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks to prevent equipment downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Optimization and Troubleshooting: Analyze system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize sorter efficiency.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of TOMRA's equipment, including electrical and automation systems.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Technical Background: A strong foundation in electronics, electro-technical, automation, or industrial maintenance, with a minimum of BAC+2 level training or equivalent experience.
- Relevant Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in on-site preventive and curative maintenance, preferably in a similar industry.
- Language Skills: Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel approximately 80% of the time, with occasional international assignments.
- Additional Requirements: A valid car license, ability to work at heights, and a strong technical foundation in electricity and automation.
