{"Role Description & Responsibilities": "As a Senior License Compliance Investigator at Dassault Systèmes, you will be responsible for managing and leading customer engagements in the enterprise segment. Your mission will be to protect the company's intellectual property and revenue while maintaining a strong relationship with customers. You will work closely with the License Compliance team and Channel teams to achieve program objectives. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal and external agencies, drive legalization revenue, and strengthen the DS Ecosystem by generating awareness of the License Compliance process and framework.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and lead customer engagements
* Work with the LC team and Channel teams to support program objectives
* Collaborate with internal and external agencies
* Drive legalization revenue
* Strengthen the DS Ecosystem
* Monitor deviations and bring corrective measures
* Make compelling presentations to customers

Qualifications:

* 10-15 years of experience in managing Enterprise accounts/engagements
* Strong background in License Compliance/Anti-Piracy/SAM activities and sales
* Experience in License Compliance or a role requiring analytical and investigative activities, negotiation with customers, and cross-functional communication
* Both audit and direct sales experience preferred
* Experience in legal activities, including settlement agreements and enforcement
* Investigative skills, research, interviewing techniques, evidence collection, and management
* Attention to detail, problem-solving, and data analysis
* Communication and interpersonal skills
* Legal knowledge, understanding of laws and regulations, and regulatory procedures
* Technical skills, software proficiency, and technology savvy
* Critical thinking, judgment, and decision-making, adaptability
* Ethical and professional conduct
