Senior Transaction Services Director

At Interpath Advisory, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way businesses approach transaction services. As a seasoned Director, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our Deal Advisory practice in France, working closely with Managing Directors to drive business development and team mentoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the drafting of FDD and VDD reports, focusing on Quality of Earnings, Net Working Capital, and debt-like items.
- Manage and prioritize team responsibilities, collaborating with Managing Directors and senior team members as needed.
- Proactively contribute to sales development by generating new client opportunities and adding value to existing relationships.
- Counsel and mentor team members from Associates to Associate Directors, supporting Managing Directors in recruiting, training, and developing individuals of all levels.
Requirements:
- Top-tier business or engineering school education, with a focus on accounting, business, finance, or economics.
- 7+ years of audit and transaction services experience at a top accounting firm (Big4 or equivalent), with at least 5 years in transaction services.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, team spirit, and a strong work ethic, with the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas in a collaborative environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience in supporting project teams, relationships, and communications with clients.
- Experience across multiple sectors and a proven track record in go-to-market strategies and business development.
