Job SummaryThe Financial Analyst will be responsible for managing accounting tasks at the country level, implementing standard business tools and group policies, and liaising with our Budapest Shared Service Center. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage accounting tasks at the country level, including general ledger, taxes, and statutory accounts
- Implement standard business tools and group policies at country and plant level
- Liaise with the Budapest Shared Service Center for AR, AP, FA, Cash, and standard GL transactions
- Support the preparation of monthly management reporting of operational performance
- Support Month End Closing process
- Prepare statutory and fiscal yearly accounts under the supervision of the CFM for the French legal entities
- Support the FR plants and plant controllers
- Inform and align with BU Seafood/Group/EAA finance on key issues on pending projects in plants
- Proactive approach towards BU's and Group on upcoming areas of concern with financial impact
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in French and English
