At OW Ocean Winds, we are seeking an experienced Operations & Maintenance Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and reporting on all operations and maintenance activities related to our assets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain the annual maintenance plan, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Supervisory Team to plan and coordinate electrical network outages and maintenance.
- Track and report on WTG maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Plan and report on subcontractor activities, ensuring effective execution of inspection and maintenance scopes.
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess maintenance performance against key performance indicators.
- Report on maintenance status as part of the O&M management team, providing insights for improvement.
- Optimize synergy with contractors, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
- Support the implementation of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring smooth integration and user adoption.
- Develop and maintain CMMS user guides and work orders, ensuring clarity and ease of use.
- At least 3 years of experience as a planner in a similar position, with a strong understanding of maintenance planning principles.
- Excellent knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent English, both verbal and written, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
