We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Operations Controller to join our team at Vitesco Technologies. As a key member of our operational team, you will be responsible for driving business performance and excellence within our Foix – Boussens factory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
- Prepare and analyze monthly closing reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize business performance.
- Establish and maintain relationships with business partners, including local management, BU, and Division, to provide critical data and insights.
- Contribute to the development of strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and improvement.
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement activities within the controlling department.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent English is mandatory, with German and French being a plus.
- Proficiency in SAP (CO/FI) and Office Suite (Advanced Excel), with experience in Knime and Power BI being a plus.
